Hong Kong Lacrosse Women’s Senior Representative Team

Program Details:

• On field trainings will be held on Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings and some Sunday evenings.
• S&C sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
• Players not selected to the Programme will be recommended to try-out for the High Performance Programme
• If you are unavailable to attend the try-outs with a valid reason, please contact Coach Gemini Fan by [email protected]
• Players will be notified of any schedule changes accordingly.
•  22-30 players will be selected as the Representative Team Squad.

Costs

• Try-out Fee $250HKD (Non-refundable)
• Once selected, the program fee will be $2000 plus an elite athlete’s fee of $2000 for the season collected by 2 instalments. (Non-refundable)
• Team tournament and trip fees will be communicated to players prior to the tournaments.

Wednesday evening: S&C Training HKLA Gym (North Point)
Thursdays: 20:00-21:30 Boundary Street
Saturdays: 11:00-12:30 Club de Recreio
Sundays (occasionally): 18:00-20:00 KGV
