Women's Senior Head Coach - Ms. Jenifer Marrosu

Coach Jenifer Marrosu joins us with over 12 years of coaching experience in the United States at a variety of levels. She served as head coach at Gill St. Bernards for 4 years and was an elite coach for T3 Lacrosse in Basking Ridge, NJ, an elite level high school program focusing on player development and NCAA college recruitment.

Jenifer began her coaching career by assisting her alma mater, King’s College, where she played four years of collegiate lacrosse and served two of those years as captain. After returning to her home state of New Jersey, she became the head coach at Immaculata High School in Somerville, NJ, where she led the girl’s varsity program from a 1-16 record to a winning record in just three years. She became the head coach at Gill St. Bernard’s where she worked for four years and helped to develop their lacrosse program by bringing it from club to a Varsity level.

Through her tenure with T3 Lacrosse over the past ten years, Jen has helped to grow the company that became one of the largest female lacrosse companies in the country. At T3, Jen gained a tremendous amount of experience with developing teams as a head coach, while helping to build a successful company with focus on player development and recruitment, while being a consistent support to the players’ needs. She has coached and facilitated various programs and teams at T3 ranging in age from youth to adult levels, as well as coaching the elite teams with their focus on pursuing lacrosse at the collegiate level.

Jen credits her experience coaching, along with her work ethic and dedication, to helping to shape her into the educator she is today. She looks forward to sharing her passion and knowledge for lacrosse with the players of the Women’s Lacrosse Team.

Women's HPP Head Coach - Ms. Gemini Fan

Coach Gemini Fan has been with the Hong Kong Lacrosse Association for over 18 years and has played an integral part of the development of women's lacrosse in Hong Kong. She started her playing career in Harrogate, England and moved on to the University of Bath team after graduation where she obtained a Master of Engineering degree. She assisted the team in gaining promotion to the Premier Division and was elected as team captain in her final year.

After graduation, Gemini moved back to Hong Kong and became more involved with the Association helping to set up women's lacrosse teams for the Association and coaching an existing university hall team. She started to become a player/coach for the Association, taking the team to their first tournament in 2006 in Prague and their first Asia Pacific Tournament in South Korea in 2009. In 2013, she gave up playing and was appointed as the assistant coach of the Representative Team that attended their first World Cup in Canada. She came out of retirement in 2017 and was selected as a co-captain for the Representative Team that came 18th in the 2017 World Championship in England.

Since 2017, she has served as an assistant coach on the Senior Representative Team and in 2020, was appointed as the Head Coach of the High Performance Program which serves as a feeder program to the Representative Team. As well as coaching senior teams, she is also currently the coach of two secondary school teams and also served as the team manager for the U19 Representative Team in their venture to their first World Championship in Canada in the summer of 2019.
