Little League Lacrosse Course [Online Course]

Course Objectives

The main objective of this course is to let parents and children have some FUN LAX time and a good sweat. They will learn the basic skills, knowledge of lacrosse through 8 online Zoom sessions. The course is designed to suit the usual limited space at home.

• Date: 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24 September (Every Tuesday and Thursday)
• Time: 8:30pm to 9pm
• Duration of a session: 30 minutes
• Medium: Zoom

Course fee

• HK$400 per head (If they have joined Youth Beginner Lacrosse Course/ Little League Lacrosse Course, they don’t need to pay again)

Program Package

• 2 free set of Lacrosse stick and lacrosse ball
• Delivery of package: Using SF express and HKLA will pay for the delivery fee

Course Outline

• 5 minutes Lacrosse Knowledge
• 5 minutes Warm-up and Mini-Games
• 20 minutes Lacrosse Skills
• Q&A Session

Rules for participants to follow in order for the sessions to run smoothly:

1. Participants of age 6 or under must join the sessions together with an adult. Also, strongly recommend it for participants of older ages.
2. Please log in to the session 10 minutes before the session starts.
3. Please input the login name as the same as the name you registered for the course. Otherwise, we may not let you in to the session.
4. Recommend to use a laptop instead of a cell phone or notepad for better vision.
5. Please set the camera in towards the participants so that the coach can see it clearly.
6. Please leave the questions in the Q&A time (Coach will announce) or after the session.
