Hong Kong Lacrosse Men’s Representative Teams and Elite Programs Tryouts

Tryouts for the Hong Kong Men’s Elite Programs will be held in November 2022. Tryouts will include sessions for players who want to try out for the MRT, HPP and U20 programs. In the tryout, players will participate in practices, intrasquad scrimmages and may include participation in the HKLA Sixes Invitation Tournament.

The Top 30-35 athletes will be selected into the Men's Representative Team program that will attend the World Lacrosse Men’s Championship in San Diego in June 2023. The next 30-35 athletes will be selected into the High Performance Program which will prepare players to take the next step in their lacrosse careers. The Top 30-35 athletes who meet the U20 eligibility criteria will be selected into the U20 Training Squad which will take the next few years to prepare for the World Lacrosse U20 Championships in 2025.

The selected athletes will participate in regular training, gym sessions and local and international competitions over the coming year.
