Liaison Manager Role Specification

1.0 JOB IDENTIFICATION:

Hong Kong Lacrosse Association is seeking a Liaison Manager to lead a range of Public Relation activities such as government relationship, Corp and Private sponsorship, Community and NGOs. 

The manager will be the face to the public for HKLA and responsible for promoting HKLA initiatives. He/She will be lobbying for support, delivering results.

2.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Promote HKLA and affiliation of community service
• Get buy in from philanthropy (individual/organisation) in order to broaden our source of funding
• Explore and study all available funding and sponsorship programs
• Brand building and social networking

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate Corp. relationship work and pitch sponsorship proposals
• Handle various Gov’t Subvention, funding schemes.
• Form close partnership with community service, NGO etc.
• Organise fund raising projects
• Assist and advise the CEO on PR matters both local and int’l

4.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent written and presentation skill both in English and Chinese on stage / off stage
• Be able to effectively work on online/digital tools ie: PPT. AI. Online Apps etc. and meet timeline
• An extrovert, people’s person, at ease with Corp., Public Service, Community and Gov’t networking
• Be able to work irregular hours, holidays as required.
• Occasional traveling for Bay Area Initiatives.
