The Bank of China (Hong Kong) Collegiate Athletes (BCA) Recruitment Programme was launched in 2017. It aims to recognise the qualities of collegiate athletes who have remain committed to academic excellence and the sports they engage through their developmental years. It is an opportunity for collegiate athletes to explore potential career paths in the financial industry.

Applicants who can satisfy the recruitment requirements and are members of Hong Kong Athletes Career and Education Programme (HKACEP), scholarship athletes of Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) or athletes nominated by NSA (minimum 3 years of NSA membership and participated at least 3 territory-wide competitions organised by NSA) will be invited to join the assessment sessions.

The BCA Recruitment Programme 2019 is now accepting applications and athletes may visit the below link to apply for the Management Trainee & Graduate Programme. Kindly note that there is a section for “Sports” and please be reminded to download the NSA Nomination Form. Please complete and return the form to HKACEP on or before 28 October 2018.
