The Hong Kong Lacrosse Association Development Academy is directed towards developing lacrosse players in Hong Kong. The program is designed so that participants receive top level instruction and support, preparing them for the next step in their development and achievements. Athletes with potential will be recommended to join the High-Performance Program with chances to represent Hong Kong at the U19 and/or Senior level. The program is aimed at athletes with less than 2 years experience and/or who will be eligible to compete in the next U19 World Cup and World Championships.
