The Programmes
The Hong Kong Women's Representative Team is opening try-outs for intake of more players to the WRT training squad for the 2022 World Championship. Current WRT squad do not have to re-tryout.
The Representative Team Programme will include:
All players must be HKLA members and be a minimum of 15 years old with a high degree of dedication including the ability to attend all sessions weekly. Players should have a high level of playing experience. Additionally, players will be required to participate in “community involvement” activities helping to support and develop lacrosse within our community.
Try-out Period: 16, 18 & 19 September 2021
*All paid up fee will be non-refundable upon registration (or application) and payment has been confirmed.*
*All un-selected players will be automatically entered into HPP try-outs without additional try-out fees.*
*All players must have completed their COVID-19 vaccination course to try-out*

- Minimum of 3 field sessions per week (Thurs, Sat & Sun)
- 2 supervised S&C session per week
- Continuous on-field and off-field assessments
- Additional field sessions during part of the season (Tues)

- 16 September 2021 7:30-9:30 pm (KGV)
- 18 September 2021 11:00 am - 12:30 pm (CDR)
- 19 September 2021 6:00-8:00 pm (KGV)
