The Programs
The U-21 team is a continuation program from the U19 after the World Championship. This program will provide players with regular coaching and individualised strength and conditioning support to help further enhance their lacrosse skills and assist them in furthering their lacrosse career.

The team schedule will include:

• Minimum of 3 field sessions per week (Tues, Sat & Sun)
• 1 supervised S&C session per week
• Continuous on-field and off-field assessments

Program Requirements
All players must be HKLA members and be a minimum of 14 years old with a high degree of dedication including the ability to attend 3 sessions weekly. Players should have a basic level of playing experience. Additionally, players will be required to participate in “community involvement” activities helping to support and develop lacrosse within our community.
*Players should be born before 1-Oct-2005 and after 1-Oct-1999.

Costs

• Once selected, the program fee will be $4000 for the season by 2 instalments of HKD $2000 each.
• Tournament and trip fees will be communicated to players prior to the selection of the travelling squad.
